Happy Hour Service Center is committed to providing a caring, safe and considerate environment for all persons served. In the component services of Prevocational training, the organization is a vocational training organization, and workshop procedures are geared to that end. We also offer Community Access, Supportive Employment and Residential components to offer developmentally disabled individuals training in life, social and work skills that will enable them to function within the community.

The following minimum requirement must be met in order to receive services at Happy Hour:

• The individual must have received a psychological evaluation with an IQ of 70 or below
• The individual must have been diagnosed with an intellectual disability before his/her 18th birthday
• The evaluation must have been completed by a Medical Doctor or a Licensed Psychologist
